Hole in One Hall of Fame

Play a Pete Dye Course in Brazil, Indiana!

While the weather this spring has been cool, the golfers at Forest Park Golf Course have been "hot, hot, hot" when it comes to making "Aces".

There have been five of the rarities recorded so far in 2006!

In April Tom Reed started the "ball rolling" so to speak with an ace on #5.

Next to record a hole-in-one was Sonny Smith on # 2. His ace was witnessed by George Lewzader, Tony  Jeffries, and Denny Wolverton.

Steve Brewer followed with a one shot eagle on # 2.

Continuing the hot streak in May was Terre Haute North golfer Chris Vines with his ace coming on #2 in a match against Northview at  Forest Park.

At last, but certainly not least, was Northview golfer Patrick Czizek who made a very unusual double-eagle (3 under par on one hole) on the par four number eight while shocked Northview golfer Clint Grey looked on.

Northview's Patrick Czizek with "the ball".

What makes  this incredible feat even more memorable was that his mom, Soni Henry witnessed the greatest shot of Patrick's young golf career!

Congratulations to Patrick and all of his fellow "aces"!

Whatever these golfers have got, let's hope it's contagious!
